Default Looking for lakes with decent bank fishing for panfish and catfish in SE Ohio

Hey guys been lurking on the forums for a while but I recently registered and am new to the area (Mason/Fields ertel). I was curious if anyone can give me some ideas of lakes that have some decent bank fishing for panfish like crappie and bluegill as well as catfish.

    Thanks in advance.

1st of all welcome to the site.
If it were me I'd probably try Cowan. There are some nice little fishing piers or access point up past the public beach.
    It's a nice little lake.

Caesars Creek North Pool boat ramp after 10pm. Pick a dock, the best is usually the west most dock, but you may have to get there early to get it. I have limited out near there, in my boat, several times this summer. Gills are in the rocks by the bank most of the time, but you can catch them fishing for crappie too. Last time out bite sucked, 3 keeper crappie and a nice keeper saugeye, two people fishing for about 4 hours, but only 1 hour after midnight. Freezer is full, so I gave them all away, but that was what I caught there. The guy on the dock said he slammed them the day before. Some days rock, others not so much. Crappie have mostly been fat keepers there this year too. Been fishing more for Walleye this year so have not fished there too much.
