GLSM world record?
Anyone see the channel 7 newscast last night about how GLSM has come all the way back? They showed a girl who caught a huge crappie and the bait store owner said they didn't get to weigh it but reportedly it was 8lbs! The pic they showed on the TV was hard to tell what exactly it was but looked to me to be maybe 3 to 4lbs but IF it was a crappie it was grossly HUGE!

was a sheep head and lake looks ok alittle green but better then last couple years. fishing was great early and some pictures on shelbycountycrappieclub.com of some that was caught on june 1 . look like good fish to me

Not sure if I'll be there Sat or Sun but will let you guys know how it goes. You're right the fishing this spring was solid. I'm looking forward to late September until ice over. Should be a lot of fun.
