i dunno where thats at, but i wouldnt walk on any of the water around here to save someones life... way too warm... weve only had a few days under freezing...
We're thinking about heading over to Buck Creek S.P. Saturday. Is the ice good enough to stand on or are we still stuck on the docks? Buffy

Buck Creek is NE of Springfield. We haven't been above 20 all week with lows near 0. Our other option is heading to Darke Co and going to Wayne Lakes.
I'd never seen it either until I set up the sponsors for the BCC CJ Brown tournament. Nice looking lake. I'm told it has some big walleye (not saugeye--regular walleye!!) and that the DNR nets fish there to milk them for eggs to get fry for other lakes. Easiest way to get to the lake is to take exit 59 off of I70, and head north west on South Charleston Pike for a few miles, then turn right on South Bird road; Bird'll take you right to the lake.
there are also now close to 1100 fish attractors, though some are 5+ yrs old. There are 180+ just in and on the outside of the Marina. a GOOD spot is #15A on the outside of the end of the S breakwater of that Marina...
Does anyone know if the ice on the main lake has melted?
went up yesterday with boat and it was iced over, these cold nites takes back whats thawed during the day time.
