Anyone been catching any crappie?
Anyone been out on any of the local lakes PC, RF, or EF in the last week or 2, and have you had any luck? went out today at RF for about an hour until the rain hit, 2 other people were there with no success either... i had one hit on the bottom while pulling 2 bass minnows along. are the majority of them spawned up?

we went to paint creek friday afternoon, caught 41 in 5 ft of water. the biggest on was 13 7/8 inches, 6 were 12 inches, the rest were 10 to 11. we keep 18 put the rest back. caught them on tube jigs.

crappiehook... im assuming you caught them from boat? im only fishing bank... went out today from 3-5pm and caught 2 crappie, one white that was 10, and one black that was almost 9... at RF

Weathers got everything messed up! Went to rf one day last week did okay fished the lake down the road n it was slow keep 22 one day n 13 the Nxt n we keep 33 yesterday. Weathers warming up this week they should hit the banks soon

yes we were in a boat, fishing in 12 ft of water fish were 5 ft down. don't know if they have spawned yet, but most we caught didn't have eggs when we cleaned them.

i seen whites on nest 2 sundays ago when i caught my big bass... you could see them lying on the nest about 4 ft deep...
