This morning I was behind a young very pregnant Navy wife in the grocery store. I couldn't help hearing the phone conversation with what was her mom. She was saying the baby's due in a couple of weeks and that her husband wouldn't be home in time. She then went on to say that if they could afford it that they would be home for Christmas with the baby. I sometimes wonder if people in this country know the sacrifices that our military and their families make to keep us free.
