    The plastic bushing/sleeve that’s inside the base on a ranger boat?
    What’s its proper name? I’m trying to order one but can’t seem to find what I think I need

    Don't know proper name beside's post pin bushing but call grizzly jig. I think they may stock the replacement.

    Spring lock base repair kit, looking on BBC most recommend you take the old one out first, there are apparently three different type of inserts on Ranger boats.
