For us it's the 7-10 inches of ice and no I don't ice fish. I'll guarantee you will be fishing before we will.

I tried ice fishing last week at Elbow Creek, must have not been using the right bait, fish wasn't that motivated to break thru the ice to get to it. Maybe I need to work on my top ice / action retrieve
