    Default My Wife

was elated with her Valentines day present. I cooked her some milk gravy.
I'll eat milk gravy but I'm a brown gravy guy. Milk gravy just sits on your
biscuit and looks at you. Brown gravy will soak in like good pot liquor. I
figured she makes a lot of sacrifices for me and it was time for me to do
something special for her once and a while. I'm glad I did. Kind'a gave me
    a warm feeling inside.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

Love that Yankee (milk) gravy. Chunk up some sausage in it and spread it on a piece of light bread and I am in heaven!

Well things were going great until my wife's sister came by today. Telling Jean that she got flowers, candy, and a candle
light supper at a nice restaurant. After she left I tried to explain what the flowers cost, that would be dead in 3 days. That
the candy would make her fat and that she was a better cook than any restaurant in the country. It seemed like she
wasn't even listening. I don't know why in the world people can't tend to their own business and let me tend to mine. Man.
    Tell'em I'll be there.
