    Default Warning for Bay Springs!

If you put in on the left side facing the ramp at McDougall branch this is what will happen. Something big toward the end of the ramp!

You will just as well look for a new prop and I hope nothing else was bent or warped. Keep a sharp lookout at the foot oil to make sure there is no water contamination getting in it as this type of lick could cause seals to leak also. Not trying to scare you just letting you know what to look for to keep from having some more really big expenses.
Be safe and good luck fishing

Yep! What ever it was I hit it as soon as I started off the trailer. Was to chilly to wade out and check it out. So We side scanned it. It looked like a boulder.

Man, I know that feeling. Been there and done that myself. Always chaps my behind when I see people throwing big rocks is the water around boat ramps just to see the splash.

Everything checked out good! This is why I run a aluminum prop. If it had been stainless steel I probably wouldn't have been so lucky. New aluminum prop is $105.

Yep, chewed some kids out one day for doing that, their folks were close by watching them but I got em anyway.

You shoulda chewed the parents for allowing them to do it. Kids do dumb things without realizing it. Parents should have stopped them but non fishermen/boaters might not know the problems they create by doing those kinda things.
