    there has never been a parking pass. day use areas that pay are beaches/boat ramp .If you have no trailer at ramp, you don't pay .Some of the local geezers at Enid that fish together will park truck in day use area(not ramp) to avoid paying . Always thought it was dumb since all coe lakes have ramps that you do not have to pay .At Enid it's point pleasant and Bynum .

    I certainly don't know of any. They even have a box on Piney Point and there's not even a boat ramp there. I guess for people launching off the sand. ???

    If you are at Oxford, MS there is a US Forrestry office south of Hwy 6. There is a brown sign at the exit you need to take, can't remember which one. The Access Pass is free if made in person or $10 for online/mailed.
