    We converted from electric glass top stove to a gas stove. Best move for us.

    The oven she has now is a electric convection and she's getting good at home made biscuits. Bout all we bake. I'm just trying to save 1000 by not getting a duel fuel. Range. Sounds like gas will work and will keep food crispy.

    Get a gas convection range with a warming drawer........or you could always buy a large toaster oven for around 100 bucks, they have come along way too and work great as a warmer.......
