I don't even set an alarm. I got up at 5:00 all my adult life for work no matter when I went to bed. I wish I could sleep longer, especially in the winter time, but when I wake up, I have to get up.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

Same here kinda. We haven't had an alarm clock in the bedroom for years. Thats one good thing about having a pup that has had a constant routine for most of her life.

I think it's an aviation thing too lol.
Our pup has been out of her mind getting up early--can't figure it out--but does beat using an alarm for sure.

Welp up at 3:30 today. I got Melissa sick she's got the chills and nausea from drainage. This poor old house sounds like an old folks home lol
And I'm still sick too--it's just plain sad

Been getting up at 4:30 every morning (weekend around 5:30) and walking for an hour since September. Feel better AND lost about 25 pounds. Dont even have to set an alarm clock any more.
