    I think they are just hammering the baitfish now, all the fish I saw were in tight schools and should have been easy to catch at least a couple if they were biting. Saw where someone was talking about a shad dieoff up north, and I'm sure it happens in all lakes at certain times making a buffet for the crappie. Stay after them, cause they will start biting consistently again soon.

    How in the world do yall know that what your marking are even crappie?They could be carp,drum,bass,tennis shoes who knows.

    It resembles the schools I have marked before when I was catching crappie. I'm just that good at reading my unit

    Just can't catch all that I see....
