    thanks for the link G....I have it narrowed down to the Helix 5 DI/GPS Combo $369.99. Helix 5 Sonar/GPS PT $474.99 and the Helix 5 Sonar PT $379.99.

    its overwhelming....and I am not seeing what different about those three units except for price....I see they all have same size screen, all have gps, but not sure about the PT part...

    from what I see...one is dual band sonar.....another is dual band sonar plus down imaging, another just down imaging....also some versions show temp, some do not......best to call Brian at BBG and ask him to tell you which one you want. From what you say I think you want one with both dual band and down imaging....you want map chart so be sure you get one that will also accept a navionics map card besides the preloaded map from HB
