    Of all this smoker talk, enuff is enuff!!! Crappie bite is picking up and need to make some room anyways so we got a couple of packs of deer steak out to thaw; flour, egg wash, and back in the flour. Man I'm stuffed!!!!!!

    That looks serious Rees, where's the gravy? If you would move that stack of papers away from the stove I would feel less nervous about the picture. That plate looks excellent!

    Couldn't stand no gravy and biscuits, stuffed without em. That mac/cheese was pushed to the back and the plates (pot holders) were a long ways from any serious heat.

    That looks really good, I love deer steaks, but you're still going to have to put up with a few more smoking posts from me. Got a butt resting in the fridge now for smoking tomorrow.

    Bring em on Major, sure I will have one going before next week is done. Bout time for some deer meat and gravy slo cooked together but there aint nobody at the camp grounds to share it with!!!

    I smoked a couple of chickens with injected Cajun honey and bacon,,,,sprayed with apple cider vinegar from time to time and alittle applewood rub.... So good!....
