    Why ya got the safety on on that m&p shield? Thats what I carry also, in 40 cal. love the gun but I hate they put a safety on it...my safety is never on.

    the reason being i was at home and around my kids and grand kids. when i leave this house that latch is down....especially when i go to memphis and that is often....

    I got an M and P 40 also, got it before they started putting the safety on them.
