    The way my aluminum boat is made....it would be difficult to put a keel guard on it.

    They cant say its because of the amount of rise and fall on the lake either. Beaver has nice docks on their ramps and lake level can vary 30 feet.

    Heck at SGP you can'y use but 1 side of the ramp there's a big rock pile you can't see on the other side(left) if your looking down the ramp.Not to hijack but where yall hearing about somebody drowning,I'm from around there and aint heard nothing.A guy did drown a few month's ago around redgrass but his truck overturned in the creek he was not fishing.

    Wondering the same, have seen it mentions.ed on here a couple of times but heard nothing here local. Wader at Redgrass is what I saw here

    Yea that's what I saw (wader at redgrass).There was someone drown there several month's ago a mud rider missed a curve and went off in redgrass creek and drowned before anyone found him.Also your waders won't cause you to drown (this was in Field & Stream) unless in swift currant.
