Yep, call Vic Finkley 662-417-8690. His son runs a live bait wholesale business since he retired. He'll be happy to run minners your way if you're opening a new store. If that's out of his area, I'm sure he'd have a reference for ya.

Just found this site and it kicks butt. All the Grenada talk has me fired up. I live in Starkville but fish every where. I love fishing Grenada, but have to settle for the tombigbee on most occasions. Anyway Im thinking about opening up a bait shop here in Starkville and I was wondering if anyone new where to buy minnows in bulk?

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
I hope it works out for you! When I lived in Starkville and went to school at MSU I fished 4 days a week damn near year round and never had a decent bait shop. Starkville is really lacking when it comes to fishing stores esp ones that are open when we the fishermen need them. Im from Louisville and we dont have a good one there either
Its Foolish and wrong to morn the men who died, instead we should thank God that such men lived.

Can't think of his first name but his last name is covington out by meridian naval air station. I think he will come up that way. Oh, by the way don't ever take advice from a guy named Wannabe from this site...hehehe
Man I really wish you would open up a bait shop here in Starkville. I end up driving to the shell on 45 in Columbus every time I want to use minnows :P With Bluff lake, the county lake, and Tibee being so close you would think that some body would have a descent one around.
