I love reading westerns (l’amour, Johnstone) and I always smile when they go into a cafe and get a loaded dinner plate for 25c or so. But when a cowboy was working for $30-$40 and found it is all relative. Beer was a nickel, and I’m old enough to remember when it was a dime!
