Yes, all I get is the background screen with no puzzle picture inset, this started over the weekend: also, for the past while the puzzle link I click on will come up different, example: click on "racing car and polo player (or something else) might come up.
Thanks for your help to get me back on track, polarcrafter.

polarcrafter, I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be able to help with your problem. I don't think there is anything I can fix. The part about clicking a link and getting a different then expected puzzle may have happened a couple of times lately because of a problem I had. However the blank background on the puzzle screen sounds like a problem with your computer or operating system. Maybe even your ISP

I have clicked on link after link and the puzzle never fails to open for me here on Crappie.com Do you have ANY other problems on other sites with things not appearing as expected? Does anyone else on Crappy.com have a problem with the puzzle site? By the way I only use a computer loaded with Windows, not an iPad, smart phone or other device.

I had no issues with any of the puzzles. Table Football was fine and all the previous ones as well. I troubleshoot a lot of online student computers on a frequent basis and this issue feels like it exists at the end of the line, i.e. the browser for polarcrafter.

    My logic for this:
    1. The puzzle process works for you; therefore no issues with the puzzle site.
    2. The puzzle works for me (and others evidently); therefore no issues with the puzzle link or the puzzle.
    3. The puzzle does not work for polarcrafter, but crappie.com does work; therefore his computer works but something is probably gummed up in his browser as it relates to the puzzle ("gummed up" is a technical term).

Possible fix for polarcrafter: Try clearing your browser history. (It removes the gummed up puzzle connections in your browser history and everything else - so be sure you know your site passwords if you let the browser remember them for you). Good luck! Hope you can puzzle with us soon. I tell my students that its good browser hygiene to clear the history regularly, but especially when the content is not displaying as expected, kinda like washing the wax out of your ears.

Maybe just log out and log back in. It's worked for me on past occasions.
