Gmail. Or whatever your isp provider has. I have frontier and my email is [email protected] . Then you just need an email program to receive and send emails. I use typemail app on my phone and tablet and incredimail on my desktop PC.

I've used Outlook on all three computers I've had ... no problems. (but it came with the MS software bundle in my Dell units)
I looked up the top free email programs for 2019 :
The best free email client 2019
- eM Client. The best email client, with support for a huge range of email providers, integrated chat, smart translation, and simple migration. ...
- Mailbird Lite. A great-looking client packed that connects all your social apps. ...
- Hiri. Packed with time-saving tools that'll improve email habits. ...
- Mozilla Thunderbird. ...
- Opera Mail.
Thanks for the replies.

I use gmail but I hate it. Wife used Thunderbird but it seems clunky. The only reason I use gmail is because they have monopolized the Android phone market and since I have Google Fiber they just as well spy on my email like they do every other aspect of my life.
