How About Some Book Suggestions....

I like Tom Clancy, his books contain a bit too much "technical" info about the military hardware in the story to the point where it loses my interest but the story lines are good if you like the military/political intrigue. Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, etc. have been made into movies. Loved Hunt for Red October movie, but Patriot Games didn't do much for me. His books are long/thick, so would be good for a deep snow. LOL

Didn't they just dig ole NBF up and relocate him? Hard to remember with all the crap going on in Memphis, KKK marching and killings, its all we here.

I had heard that some prominent people of color had tried to have his statue removed and the park renamed but that the mayor, a man of color, had refused to allow it. Perhaps something has occurred since then? Either way, he is an astonishing figure in a dire time in our history.
