I still say false. The link says it's an open esculation against private gun ownership and asks ( implies ) that the question is for preparing to make war on the American people. I guess I should have stated I was refering to the link, not to the fact that the questioned was asked.

is it SO hard to believe that there ARE the proportionally "few' who see America`s might (militarily, technologically, economically) but also feel that there are also major "faults" (religious freedom, a free press, private ownership of ANY firearms, social upward mobility, personal freedom, lack of a "stronger' more 'elitist" government with only 1 "party", ect)? they REALLY would in an new york second attempt to seize power, if they REALLY thought they could, and keep and likely expand all the former and RUTHLESSLY "dispose' of the latter...am sure that so long as THEY survive and thrive, then there is "no harm' in continuosly throwing what ever gasoline they can on this nation, HOPING for the smoldering embers of discontentment of ANY kind to blossom into flames...pardon me if i feel the urge to pee...you might want to see WHERE some of this inflammitory rederick is ACTUALLY coming FROM...can anyone say "Heil (insert name here) !" how ironic, that Herr Hitler, in a moment of cander, in very early 1945 told Albert Speer, his minister of armaments "if i were only born in America, i certainly would have conquered the ENTIRE world..."

Is this your question? Would the Joint Special Operations Command fire on this citizen? Because difficult questions like these are exactly the kinds of questions that senior leaders wrestle with everyday. Not shocking. I would hope that you would demand that your senior military leaders think through these issues. (Picked this source so more might read it) I know it's hard to believe but with all the wars and terrorists running around, you know-threatening the homeland, it's difficult to schedule secret meetings to take up everyone's guns and things.
