Don't know of anyone that does the carpet replacing around Baton Rouge but you can learn a lot from Youtube.
Does anyone around Baton Rouge replace carpet in boats?
Worst case I will replace it myself during the Christmas break but if I can find someone that will replace it for a decent price I am all about it.
I have struggled with carpet before and did a average job but always see the places I should have done better because of being impatient.
Ill be gone for two weeks in coming up soon so if I found somebody to replace the carpet for me while I'm gone that is a wonderful Christmas present for myself.

I know that "Front to Back" boat & motor repair did at one time....guess they still do...but I do not know of anyone that has used them....owned by Ken Sherman.....they do most of my repairs.....they are located on N. Airway Dr., just north of the Cortana Mall and east of Airline Hwy.....

Have you thought about NOT going back with carpet? When my carpet wears out, I am going to spray bed-liner in my boat. It is almost slip proof and when you get home from a day of good slimy fishing, just take the water hose and rinse her out. Just a thought.
The Lord is good. His mercy and love endures forever.
I know a two people that have gone from carpet to a liner.
My neighbor likes it a little more because of clean up and the other hates it because it gets hot. He went with a darker gray so they could easily be the problem.
I also thought about when I’m running from spots and my rods bouncing on the deck being on carpet as oppose to a hard surface. I will most likely go back with carpet for the sole purpose of I don’t like wearing shoes in the boat.
Its more comfortable than my carpet at home....another reason to spend more time in the boat.
