Default A great visit with great friends!

Well last week I had Friday off and took Monday off with Tuesday being a holiday so I had 5 days off, what to do? Take a vacation of course! Did NOT know where we were going, only that we were heading East. Got almost to Baton Rouge and decided to call Prefers Shiners on the off chance that he was home and wasn't busy, he was so we agreed to meet up at his house and then go grab a bite to eat. Had a blast! If you ever get a chance to meet up with Bruce and Didi, don't pass it up.

Bruce was showing me some of Didi's wood carvings and after gazing at them in amazement, I asked if I could get a picture of them and Didi said sure! I don't think there is anything this woman can't do! These are a very small fraction of what she has done, from wood carvings to sculptures to paintings to her AMAZING photography that we have all seen!

Bruce I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the story of the clock as well! Thanks so much for yall's hospitality! We really enjoyed it!

Yes yes yes, that Didi is something else. Linda and I have visited and were amazed at her works. Bruce you're one lucky man. Can you imagine the paint job she could do to some cranks? Good luck with that Bruce.
