Default Cappy's Cajun Style Chicken Spaghetti

I cooked Cappy's spaghetti twice and its fantastic. Its not a quick dish as it takes a while just to cook off the liquid. Check out his blog for the ingrediant list and his You Tube video as titled above.

Thanks Cappy for sharing the family secrets.

    Cappy,

I made it last night and didn't have spaghetti noodles so I used elbow macaroni and it was still great. So good its hard to stop eating it!

Without watching the video, I never would have cooked it down correctly and would have added the bellpepper with the onions. Did you trim that cooking spoon to a flat leading edge? Never saw one like that and gonna modify mine.

Young, they sell those roux spoons at the Prairieville Flea Market in the booths that sell the stainless steel kitchen accs. They work great.

Yep, I've got to agree, that is a delicious tasting dish. Now you're making me want some.

Thanks Gene & Randy for the roux spoon sources. Like most of you guys, I have fancier spoons, but there is just too much utility in Ol' Cappy's spoon and I 'll get one for the black pot.
