Randy, how close is your nearest neighbor? How many acres you sitting on? It does look very peaceful.

I see you've got some serious woods on the edge as well JR. Looks as thick as mine. I have one of those underground "fences" that keep the dogs in. Another area has a 6 ft. chain link like yours for the goats.

Joe - nearest neighbors are out by the road. Driveway is 1/2 mile long through the woods to the road.

My property is in an oxbow of the Vermilion River:

I've been trying to buy the small strip of pasture north of me for years. Would love that for a big pond, it's roughly 10 acres. Owned by too many heirs living in the Northeast and California. So, it just sits abandoned.

I wouldn't and won't. If such a creature exists, they're welcome here to coexist with us since they have done no harm to anyone. It's ignorant, selfish, and highly irresponsible for anyone to want to hunt down and kill them regardless of what is on the "reality" television.

Beautiful place Tracker123. I would love to own a place like that before I die. I think heaven will be a lot like your place; beautiful with a lot of quite solitude.

I like that picture for some reason. The bed there on the right of the fence line (you can barely see one of the RR cross ties) along the driveway was planted with six small English Ivy years ago. They took off into the woods as you can see, as well as up two oak trees in that bed. Unbelievable how they spread. The Virginia Creeper took residence to climb the chain link, and I let it. Thought it looked cool. Sub tropical for sure.
