Steaks look good. I have never tried Satsuma jelly, but it sure looks good. I loved that Mayhaw jelly that I got last year at TB.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I put 7 ribeyes on the pit last night for my youngest sons birthday. I made 32 half pints of satsuma jelly myself this year. Has she tried making Meyer Lemon jelly. You haven't eaten smoked salmon till you put lemon jelly on it.
