I would think his band saw G, that's how I have done it. Maybe he has a special fixture for that. I know I have all kinds of fixtures and jigs for special cuts in my shop. I would like to know as well.

The radius can be cut using a table saw with the blade raised only a little and feeding the board slowly at an angle.

Guys,I made a jig, basically another fence for my table saw.The fence is in front of the blade. I run the wood(many passes)"across" the blade raising the blade a little each pass.I was trying to find a cabnet shop that did the big radious on 4 inch crown molding and have them do it and move the router bit up and down a bit to get a bigger radius.I found one guy but really didnt want to pay what he was going to charge,,so thats how I came up with a "do it yourself" way..The fish will lie in the radius pretty nice.I do some striper fishing and a keeper fish is sometimes hard to get,so I wanted to make me a exact measuring piece.DONT trust the scale on top of the coolers..
