Default big fish from 080208 16"

Caught in 7' with a homemade trolling/minnow rig and on one of my new 10' pro anler tackle rods. I thought I had another catfish on. This fish hit like a northern pike and fought like a smallmouth bass. 7:45pm. I apologize for the poor image quality.

    16" 2.33 lbs
    Relocated

I wonder what it would have weighed in the spring?

    Nice fish:D
Men and fish are alike. They both get into trouble when they open their mouths.

Thanks, Jnash; and in your signature--your association of men and fish--is on point!

Here are 2 fish from 081808. The almost 16" fish bit on a jig tipped with a mamed minnow that had been shaken off the bobber pole by a previous fish.
