    As long as you don't get on them they can have their fits all day long, lol. So says the NCDNR, and the sheriffs dept.

    You dont know how many times I been through that! As long as you dont put your foot on the dock,they can't do a thing! Trust me...I know! Done been there,with the sheriffs dept and game warden,you only own the dock... not the water around it.

    didn't do any dock shooting but showed how productive fishing down near the dock can be. we generally put is just along the boats or lifts inside docks. always good to see how someone else fishes.
