Finally got the ole Ark out after laying dormant for about a year and hit the water around 11:00 am. Me and my grandson Tyler had pretty good luck I guess. We caught 15, kept 9 to eat and quit around 3:30. It was a great day to be on the lake after the storm passed. We met Jerkinlips at the ramp pulling out after the rain, its always encouraging to see real fishermen out there when you decide to go. It was really good to get back on the water after such a long time off. It don't get much better than spending time fishing with your grandson (and catching a few specks.)

You might see jerkinlips on the lake in 100 degree weather or 20 degree weather,That guy loves to catch crappie and he knows how its done
