Thanks Rod for the kind words and prayers with the passing of my Father-in-law. He knew Jesus as his Saviour and is with him today.

As you guys know, family is very important. Some of my best memories of Papa T is when, along with my Mother-in-law and wife's aunt, they would come over for a fish-fry. They would rather have crappie than any other fish. Papa T would eat a bunch of fillets and said he had all he could eat. It wouldn't be but a couple of minutes and you would see a fork going back to the platter for one more. He would always have a grin on his face. My only regret is that I have had a good mess in the freezer for the last two months and have not been able to get everyone together. I had one very large crappie fillet that had Papa T's name on it. We'll split it up and share it with everyone in his honor.

Dennis, so sorry for your loss. I'll miss seeing your Dad out on the lake giving us all a lesson on catching slabs.
