    Post all information for the Social here. The first post will be updated with roll call and the second posted updated with fish fry items and the third directions and agenda.

    If your coming please list how many are coming with you and if you have any open seats for our boatless members.

    The Lake Norman social will be Saturday, October 6th. If anyone would like to meet for breakfast, we could meet at Butcher Boys Cafe on Hwy. 150 at 6:00am.
    You can launch where you want too, but some of us are going to meet and launch at McCrary Creek (Queens Landing) at 6:45am for a "meet and greet". Around 2:00pm we plan to meet at Lake Norman State Park for a fish frye in one of the picnic areas. For anyone who needs to get minnows, you can stop at Balls Creek Bait and Tackle on Hwy 16, they open at 5:30 or The General Store on Hwy. 150, or Terrell Bait and Tackle on Hwy. 150.

    If you plan to meet for breakfast, please let me know in advance, also I will need a headcount for the Fish Frye too. A list of item needed for the Fish Frye will be posted in a few days, also you may want to bring a lawn chair too.

    I hope everyone can come out for a day of fun, fellowship and fishing!

    There are charcoal grills at the state park, if someone would want something different then fish.

    Red will be there.
    There will also be a meet and greet at the state park for the one's that do not make it to the morning launch.
    If anyone wants to meet for breakfast at Butch Boy's cafe on Hwy 150 at 6 am let me know.

    I will be there and believe my fishing partner will be along too.
    I'll be prepared to bring whatever is needed when the list is put out. Looking forward to hearing some good old fishing stories :-)
