NICE, I'll have to try for some Sheepheads someday Thumbs Up!!!!
Those pictures just added to the inspiration I need to buy a boat that I could also use in salt water!
Went with Crappiekrazy on our annual sheepshead fishing trip this past weekend. Got there Thurs nite and had everything ready to go at first light. We scampered around awhile catching fiddler crabs for bait and got on the water nice and early. The wind was heavy and we had trouble seeing the bites because of the boat bobbing up and down and the wind moving the rod tips. We did alot of traveling looking for fish and finally found a place that gave up 8 keepers with one real nice one about 5lbs.
Saturday the wind was still up but we got a nice spot out of the sun under a bridge and took 12 keepers off one piling. Capt Brian Harrington, shipper of the Run Off, joined us in the afternoon and caught a goodun. If you are a fiddler crab this is one sight you DON"T wanna see!
Total catch was 31 keeper sheepshead, 1 keeper flounder, 5 throwback sheepshead and about a million undersized black bass and oyster toads.

Great job! How do you know Capt. Brian, aka "The Beast"?
About 18 years ago we took my FIL out on a party boat from Destin. He's a Mississippi boy and 80 years old at the time. He caught a sheepshead. When he pulled it aboard, before anyone could warn him he tried to lip it like a bass. One fingertip, gone. That was the last time he would fish in salt water.
Good catch. The whole part about the boat bobbing up and down would send me to the shore for sure. LOL Yall can have them waves . ROFL
CK, myself and 4 other guys have chartered the Run Off every Memorial Day weekend for the last 5 years. Ain't no one
better in the business. Ck also goes out with him another weekend in May with another group and again in Oct for wahoo. He has also taken a red drum trip with Brian. He's a great guy.. Actually went down and dug us 100 sand fleas to use for bait Sat morning
