Speck I would say one big bag of Taters would be good. And if anyone has one of those slicers that would help with the prep. Mine broke.
Hogster, I have a case of pre-sliced potatoes. They are frozen but cook up really good when thawed. I'm thinking that would cut down a ton on the prep time, not having to cut up a bazillion potatoes!!!!

Plus that, Keeferfish has a bunch of expertise cooking these things at our parish fish fries...just sayin'!!!!
I believe in catch and release.....right into the grease!!!!!

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

Rookies wash up dishes and clean up the mess. Keep the cooks happy with cold drinks.

I made the stew today. How much do need. I have a full roasting cooker full. I am on my second bowl. Tomorrow I will be able to tell what more it needs.
