Pretty smart idea who came up with it.
My problem was that if I put in on Smithville at the free ramp off 240th by myself I either had to tightline down the trailer tongue or get my feet wet, usually got my feet wet, just not enough angle on that ramp, plus this ramp is about a mile from my house, nice one to hit after work. So last week at work a brand new F-150 had the wheels and tires stolen by some ---hole and they damaged the running boards and were going to throw them away, so I brought one home and made a step, plus I added the rubber tread plate on the trailer. This is officially the only piece of chrome I have on my trailer, boat, ok truck too. I do still have to trim some u-bolts and shorten my crank handle, but no big deal.
I need to put some kind of step plate on mine also. Thanks for the picture.
Mark you said that was Barbies job.
Sweet!!
Nice work not only keep your feet dry but much safer also
