that crap gets a lot of fishers prayers up for you and his family
I am so sorry to have to let all my good crappie friends in Mo know that OTD has passed away today. He had brain surgery to remove a tumor a few weeks ago and had never fully recovered.
In the last two years he has had a major heart attack and lung cancer before having a brain tumor.
If you wish to send a card or e-mail to his wife. His wife's address is: Sharon Kellogg, 3311 Monarch Drive , Racine, Wi. 53405. His work e-mail is [email protected]. There will be no service and cremation as per his request.
Bruce was swell fella who would give the shirt off his back for his friends. He loved all his crappie buddies. Bruce was the man who turned me on to this site. I will miss him deeply. I will fondly remember all the good times we had.
We never got over the fantastic hospitality we received when visiting crappie camp and all the great people there. I will miss my fishing partner and will never have the opportunity to win that crappie pin back (just as well, as he deserved it more than me).
Say a prayer to the big guy up above and I hope he gets to catch all the crappie in heaven we will send there in his name.

Wow, been praying for him the last few weeks, feels like somebody punched me right in the gut. He was one of the nicest people I ever met, sad day for sure. RIP Bruce!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hated to hear this when Brian let me know. We really enjoyed the time spent with Bruce and you at camps. Something we looked forward to each year was having you all down. He will be in a better place now and will not have to fight anymore health conditions and no more pain. He told me last camp he made it to that it would be his last and thanked me for all we did for him on previous trips. It made this grown man cry. Glad to hear he went out on top with the crappie pin. He enjoyed the rivalry of the pin. We will miss you Bruce.
