    That is good news.......sprain is bad enough, but a cuff tear is brutal rehab. Glad to hear it weren't as bad as originally thought. You can still long pole dip, just keep the arm above the elbow pressed against the ribs......... don't forget and give er a big yank when setting the hook though!!!! Hope the recovery goes well.....I have recurring knee, ankle and elbow problems, they are all a bummer. Well wishes.

    Great news Beagle!!! Satdoc is a tough old bird too but now you wont have any trouble beating him arm wrestling.
