Ron's gloves. Somewhere in Oklahoma, March, 2009, headed to Big Bend in south TX. Never seen the sun or rode without rain for three days.
Click this www.advrider.com. The largest forum I know of. I've met many... maybe hundreds from coast to coast. I've riden five times in excess of 1000 miles in a day. Last ride before I sold it all... 1180 miles. Rio Grande river in Terlingua, TX on the Mexican border to Kansas City... 7am to 3am. Several times Ron and I didn't even get off the bike... stop, fuel, ride for another 240 miles (a takes limits). Every other stop one of us took turns getting water and going to the head.
We used to leave the house and come home seven days later with 2500-3000 miles and hundreds of pics.
That is ice on my BMW..

Good morning Terlinqua, TX.
We left that morning, rode 1180 miles, crawled in bed with our wives.
No matter.. how wet, how cold, how hot.. dog damn... it got hot... my riding buddy was with me every morning and every night. I loved riding through the night... ( riding with the sunset and still riding when it came up)....
I could find this guy somewhere around me...
