I want to humbly thank everyone for the kind words and well wish's.
However, it didn't happen. It became a wasted 2 & a half days, with
nothing being accomplished.

I got as far as the surgery waiting area where you are wearing those
designer half gowns, and are about to be punctured for an IV, and then wait to be taken into surgery.

The "plan" was to do the procedure, then I would stay there until there was no blood in the urine. Then
I would be discharged.
The main quack said I was to have the procedure, then be discharged that day. When I said he was wrong
he got real smart assed with his comments and I told him he wouldn't be allowed to touch my dog, let
alone me.
So, I got up, dressed, and was stranded there from Wednesday until yesterday afternoon, and came home.

So, this old Vet, will never go to the Little Rock Veterinary Reject School again for anything, period!

I received a phone call this morning from a urology clinic nurse. She told me that due to what happened at Little Rock,
They were setting up a consult with the MD's at Shreveport Louisiana's urology clinic @ Overton Brooks VA Medical
Center.
Can you say 405 miles.......each way.
I called the urology clinic back to ask a couple of questions and you could tell in their voice and demeanor they didn't
want to talk at all.

So sorry Nam, but man, you got to take it easy on them guys. They really do want to help. I suppose you got to do what you got to do to weed through the quacks, but don't forget, we want to see you at Crappie Camps for year and year to come. Make it happen, make it work. But most of all, do whatever it takes to get yourself healthy.

I thank you both!!

And Slab, I even surprised myself at keeping my cool with them. But, they kept pressing......

I don't want anymore than I deserve, but don't ever think they will talk to or treat me like someone less than they are!!

I have a call in to them to do the Humana Veterans Healthcare program. They did a bunch of tests for the VA on me in July.
So I am checking with them to see if they can do this also. Keep your fingers crossed!

Oh well, it will all work out for the best.

And, I will be at the Camp!! Bet on it.

Nam,they pulled that on me once at LR.Left there and got in touch with the congressman we had at that time.He straightend it out fairly quick and had me sent to a different V.A. hosp.and got it taken care of.Just my 2 cents.

I hear ya Arky!
They want to send me to Shreveport Louisiana. Which is a little over 400 miles each way.
What they are trying to do is show me they are the "boss" and punish me by sending me there.
Oklahoma City VA hospitals Urology MD's quit except for the "students" from the college. And Little Rock is doing all of their
Urology work.
The residents and newer doctors go around with a big chip on their shoulders and that's along with the " I am a doctor" which equals God
attitude. When in all actuality, their College graduation certificates are still wet ink.
