    Is going to build a new Store in Rogers Ar. about the same distance from springfield for me, just what I need another sporting goods store... I like cabelas

    There also building a Academy sporting store next to Sams club off of 13 south of 60 in springfield.

    You gonna love Academy Sports. Maybe (but doubtful) they'll keep the prices down at Dick's.

    I loved the one in Joplin. If it is anything like that one it will be a great addition to Springfield for something differant than Bass Pro. Will be on my list of stops every trip down there for sure. Lots of differant items other stores do not carry.

    I prefer Cabelas, but it is wwaaayyy across town when I have a BassPro 12 miles up the road. We could use a Academy. Got used to them in Little Rock. Up here is it Dicks $$$ or Bass Pro $$$ or Cabelas $$$... no discount options.
