Dayum bro, don't apologize. We all need to hear about this stuff. A place offers bad service, they deserve to be called out. Lost business is the best way in the world to improve customer service. If YOU get bad service, then that means EVERYONE will get bad service. I know for sure that Cabelas would want to know about bad customer service; atleast the OLD Cabelas would want to know. Been giving them my business for years, and swear by them, if their customer service starts to fall then I for sure want to know. I been giving my business to the KC store for years; I hope they get the message and improve things or I won't hesitate to give my $$ elsewhere.
