Gonna give it a try.Can always get outta the wind on LOZ.Been catchin some off the dock and the water temp is about right around here.39-40 this afternoon.Been itchin to go and the temp will be good outside. Also got some trees to sink in the Glaize to add to the ones i have already found on some prime spawn spots.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    60 degrees.....Anyone need a fishin' partner!? lol

I left my boat at home in St. Louis and I'm in Versailles (hometown) for teh holidays.

I know a lot of good spots in the Gravois arm.

1st - couple of new guys on this thread - welcome to both of you from the Big Niangua arm of LOZ.

2nd - kids all coming in today for the weekend, then riding herd over a couple of grandsons for a few days. So, may try it on the dock, but not on the boat with 2 little ones with the water temps what they are.

Good luck to those that get out, and I look forward to your reports!

Made it back with 2 limits of decent fish......the wind was tough but the fish bit a little.
