    Has anyone purchased product from these guys? I placed an order last week, bc they had a selection of good products from multiple companies and I thought I could save some $$ on shipping by ordering from them. Well I got a confirmation of my order but no information on the shipping dates. I have called and sent emails early last week to ask about a tracking # and shipping etc and nothing has been returned? Its pretty bad when you look to spend money with people and they will not even reply to your messages. Hopefully I get my order soon. They are in Caruthersville (sp?) MO...Does anyone know if they are a respectable company?

    Grizzly Jig is Caruthersville but I doubt, based on your description, that Crappiecat.com is affiliated with them. Grizzly is EXTREMELY responsive and nothing at all like what you're experiencing.

    I'm not familar with crappiecat.com. Their site looks a little fishy -- no pun intended.

    I agree that Grizzly is top notch. Fast shipping and great people. It ain't them for sure!!

    I have never heard of them. Like they said Grizzly is tops. I would give them 7-10 business days before I would worry. Maybe they are operating out of there garage and don't have a secretary to take calls.

    Boys-it must be me but, I have nothing but bad luck from from grizzlys-I have ordered twice from them and had bad response both times. I am still waiting on last order that I ordered 3 weeks ago.
    Crappie.......its whats for dinner!!

    I guess it can happen to anyone once in a while but we have placed many many orders from grizzly and we have been more than happy with their service.

    That's ashame and definitely the exception rather than the rule, but you may want to try sending a PM to Osofishy on crappie.com. That's Lance Mansfield (I believe) and he's the owner's son (again, I believe). Regardless, I know he works in the store and is SUPER helpful. Good luck!

    That is so true. If you call them and talk to Louie (the owner) or one of his sons Wade or Lance, they will take care of you guarenteed.

    I would not mind if it took 3 weeks if I was told that. I have left 2 messages on their machine...You would think they would check that atleast 1x a week, but no calls back...I also tried sending email and it said to wait 5 days for a response...And nothing. If I do not atleast hear from them in the next couple days then I am going to have to call the BBB or something. I can handle it taking awhile to get the product, but when you are not getting a response and your CC has been charged then it can really make you upset. I am sure it is not the Grizzly guys or someone would have answered the phone as I have called during the day. I think I will try it this evening to see if it is a home business and maybe someone will answer.
