welcome brad, probably the best site on fishing advice and non advice you would ever want........ enjoy the stay........
Hi all, Name is Brad. I do sales and have 3 kids and a wonderful wife(lets me out to get some fishing done). I have been fishing mostly Truman for the past 12 years. Still have not bought a boat yet but that is in the works(budget and economy). Love the site and I am amazed when Missouri has 50 to 75 people logged in every time I look! Hope to fish with some of you all soon.

I just got on here I guess yesterday, wanted to post a tournament to get it advertised and a buddy told me about the site so I figured I'd check it out. I currently live in Meta, Mo but grew up in the Mary's Home/Eugene area. I work in Jeff city as a design draftsman and used to spend pretty much my whole summer pulling garden tractors. I've now sold my tractors and getting into more fishing, I've always done a lot of crappie fishing in the spring on the LOZ. Well anyhow thats me, if you see me around haller and say hi I'm pretty mush alway's up for a conversation if I have the time. I normally tool around in this rig on land
and you can normally see me in this rig on the water :D
So see ya around guy's, and happy fishing.
SIZE DOES MATTER!!!!!!!
Hey Everyone.
I'm Bruce aka embo_9.
I started fishing in earnest about 7 or 8 years ago at a friend's fishing "resort" in Wisconsin. That fish is just FULL of crappies. They are a little smaller than down here, but limits are typically not an issue and one doesn't have to go scrounging brush piles, etc. like at Smithville.
Anyway, about a year and a half ago, my wife and I finally broke down and bought a 16' Lund. She's 13 or 14 years old (the boat, not my wife, that'd be illegal not too mention immoral). So now we have a slip up at Smithville and have been trying very hard to figure that lake out. So far, it's lake-100, Bruce and Deanna-2. So any and all advice is greatly appreciated! BTW, we hit the brush piles in Sailboat Cove Sunday to no avail. Another fella caught his limit off the dock. Oh well.
Good fishing everyone!
