I would like to have a place on the lake.
I moved to the lake in October so I could fish more.
If it weren’t for bridges I wouldn’t remember what the lake looked like
Dying to get the spider rig back out!!!

Well. I’m not “on” the lake. 9 minutes from Bucksaw or Long Shoal and 10 minutes from Windsor Crossing.
That's a good location

Time to get your rigging stuff out! They should be staging near the mouths of coves!
If I lived on a lake I would want to live on a houseboat. Downsize and enjoy!

I wanna live on a boat for a little while in my life too.
My father-in-law's best friend lived on a house boat on Telico Lake. For a couple weeks every year certain fish would spawn and beat on the boats and docks like drums. He would have to sleep at my in-laws.
As a side note, he bought a fairly new houseboat and was able to sell it for more than he paid. Almost broke even after dock fee's. Boats aren't quite the 'hole" in the water they used to be.
The houseboat thing would be awesome. I would likely buy an old one, have it hauled to the house, rebuild it and have it hauled to the water.

I've been trying to find the right place down on or near the lake. I missed the boat on the same house 2 times now. 6 mins to Drake, 10 to Truman Marina and 15 to Long Shoal marina. One day it will happen!
