Nice limit!

I'm really frustrated at the amount of tournaments at LOZ, and I hate the cliche' "it is what it is" but it is what it is. With that being said there is no reason to buzz directly in front of someone posted up on the back of a dock and throw a big wake...especially in late October when most of the pleasure a.k.a. I have a yacht that plows water which is really meant for the Pacific Ocean is off the lake. It's also not cool to pass someone at 65 mph in their blind spot when there is plenty of water to get further away. I kinda keep up with the tournament scene and fish a few myself but watch out...some of these people just see that fish in the live well as a check and don't care who or what is in their way.

Where is there a No Wake to blow through that is within sight of the mouth of Bogue ?
Everything within sight of there is undoubtedly the roughest area of the Gravois arm during the Summer. A No Wake zone anywhere near there is laughable.
And a WP boat in that area on a blustery weekday to boot?......You could have reported an octopus sighting and surprised me less.
There was 500 tournaments just on LOZ this year. I actually added them up from the website.
Nice
The first cove on the right is a no wake area marked by buoys that say NO WAKE IDLE SPEED and a big center console boat running two 250 horsepower engines marked "Missouri State Highway Patrol" with flashing red and blue lights is water patrol. From the mouth of Bouge Bay you can see a good ways back into the creek which have no wake areas. Also I would not call a high of 56 degrees with light wind blustery. They were around the bend past Coffman Beach and I lost sight of them running code trying to catch up to this boat. Sorry I don't make this stuff up you can laugh all you want.

Hope it was an expensive lesson. But I doubt it.
I hope they got them. It's nice to know the WP is after em. Good report, I think I'll take my bobbers with me...
