Thread: Stockton Lake help

I know about all of you fish from boats and that's great, however mines not finished yet and need to go fishing. Is there any where that is accessible by foot/ car that hold crappie? Like maybe around a bridge? Not asking for your secret honey holes, just would like to put a few in the skillet for a surprise dinner for momma when she gets home. A guy was telling me a while back about some place on Stockton Lake called the Boat house, but never elaborated on where it was at. Said it held crappie almost year around. Can someone elaborate a bit more on it's location. I googled it and came up with a restaurant in Stockton, but no where near the lake or any where to fish. Go to cedar ridge public fishing dock. Right off the end on the right is a brush pile. I do know they are catching fish right there. We have been doing pretty good with minnows.

Thank you day dreamer, I will try it for sure and post what happens. Probably wont get there till Sunday afternoon, or Monday morning as grand daughter told momma they were definitely coming sometime today...I greatly appreciate the guidance, and help. Eric.
