I've actually been doing some green carp fishing here and there.
My buddy wants me to do a tin boat tournament series and I said I'd do it, but have to learn more about bass fishing on the rock.

    Regarding crappie fishing.
Fished table rock only 2 hours in all of 2017.

Fished this spring slow trolling jigs and switched to trolling when the water warmed up.
So much bait this year my catches are way down. Down image show them, but surrounded by hoards of shad.

Bait store was purchased and jacked the price of bait. Used to sell 1/4 lb for $6.50. Now $2.99 / doz. Quit using minnows so the strikes went way down.

Fished the Baxter area for crappie some and I'm going to try some single pole with all the timber in the big indian.

    Here there and everywhere.

Right now helping a buddy finish a deck we tore out and are rebuilding.

Ole BarnDog. Have not seen much out of him for a few years. He was even a spring crappie camp host on year back in 08 or 09. Makes a mean beer batter for fish. Hope all is well Rick.

He's doing great living in Texas. Has an offshore boat and friends with in shore boats. He shared some amazing pictures from trout to snapper to mahi mahi and others as well.
